See Bush Bomb Iran or Read "Outside the Box"

Renegade's blog Outside the Box has a very disturbing article....Please Read

http://outsidethebox.blogstream.com/v1/pid/70633.html

Just a note....I have a lot of character defects, but overall envy and jealousy are not too much in my nature....But i really do wish I had the courage of Renegade....She will always put the truth out there even if it scares us....She is defiant and passionate about democracy and I very much respect her (and also Whit as well as some others) for their courageous stand against opression and the loss of democracy in this country......Signed the Cowardly Lioness,

UPDATE all the news services are carrying stories about the topic of Ren's post Bush's Rather Bizzare Planning of a Bomb Blitz on Iran....

 Deactivation or Word Memories

I understand the need to run,
or to move on into the welcome day.
But I will never come to terms,
when you take your words away.

A crazy lady reading lives,
in between her daily meditation.
A soul voyuer with no evil intent,
amazed by the energy gravitation.

The words are all we have to show,
our wills and minds and heart.
So when you take your words away,
the whole is pulled apart.

Lives echo to the water's edge,
laughter drifts into the evening shade.
Classic lines and painful truths,
travel a distance and start to fade.

Busy lives moving forward,
Flying like multi-colored birds.
Soul power growing brighter,
The energy is in your words.

The Fine Art of Stalking Part I

I have always felt safe in my little cul-de-sac in the neighborhood of Barnes Bridge. After I took "early retirement", I wanted a place where I could live a simpler, more peaceful existance. It seemed I had found a place where no one would bother me, and my past would never find me.

When Cydny and I relocated here from Vegas We were happy. Cydny was my daughter. I was very proud of her. She was only 14 when her mother died. After the terrible day that Wanda Jo was killed my worst fear was Cydny would not bounce back. There were the court trials and the horrible reaction of my family, I knew that Cyd and I needed to start fresh someplace. She blossomed in this little corner or the world.

I didn't get out much. My retirement was substantial, and I did my banking on line. I did most everything on line. Cyd did the grocery shopping and over time I guess I became dependent on her. I have always been a cautious man. State-of-the-art security system, and all the techno toys. helped me feel safe.

There was also the art of stalking. I wasn't nosy. Just careful. My old life had taught me that staying one step ahead of trouble is how you survive. I had security cameras mounted for a 180 degree view of all approaches to the house. And of course there was my high performance Steiner binoculars (with night vision) for a more specific view of my neighbors lives. I told myself, the binoculars were just an extension of my security system.

I guess two events in the Fall of last year dramatically changed my world. First my baby, Cydny enrolled in the University of Texas and decided to live on campus. I knew she would have people looking after her in school, but any Dad would worry.

We talked as she packed. "Don't worry Daddy. I will be safe and sound. On the weekends I'll come home." I knew realistically, everything would be fine, but I waited by the phone until she called from the dorm to say she was unpacking on the other end. Cydny had been worried about me,too. It was the first time she ever mentioned the binoculars, "I really think you need to get another hobby. It looks like to me you have your binoculars trained on Mrs. Payne."

Mona Payne was the second thing that happened.

 Soft Landing

*Amended and Reposted

We are scattered to the wind.
We have drifted here and there.
We are stronger since we lived,
But we can't say life is fair.

Well we landed on our feet,
And started over again
Telling strangers that we'd meet
that we are on the mend.

Whoever has no sins,
Can cast that first stone.
But if you remember your friends,
You will never be alone.

I will always be grateful
for the power that I found.
And I'm really not through yet,
Even though my life has come around.

So I'll start from where I stand,
Reaching up and looking down.
Thanks for the helping hand,
for I am homeward bound.

Sami Is On the Road or The Laws of Texas

I erased my update on Sami.....The hospital has now said she can have a weekend pass (both Saturday and Sunday) and I am pretty sure she will be on line this weekend

Sami will be OK....The last 30 days have been tough....But I only write about it after I have some resolution or peace of mind with a situation.

When I wrote about Perez Park.....and the thing about Sami lies her head 200 feet from my Daddy's grave I was in the middle of a breakdown...Now I am OK

In keeping with the concept of transparency and with the knowledge that my friends in "real life" already know what's going on I decided to do this post.

Even though I never wanted to know about the laws of the state of Texas I do.....Even though i never thought I would have to return to the roots of my sobriety I have.....I am living this life....It really is on the upswing....I love you all and although friends and family have been overwhelmingly supportive of my family...........

I do believe the prayers and positive energy I get from the Blogstream are felt everytime I reach out or see you reach out to others

Incidently Dazey a Scorpio and I were on the phone when the call from the police came in....She had sensed something was wrong and called me....I appreciate how supportive she has been as a "real life" and "on-line" friend
